Susan Devine is the only reason I was able to find my dream home and I cannot be more thankful. I first met Susan while looking for a rental house when I was new to the area. The experience with Exclusive Properties and realtor Ken Hancock was nothing but positive and seamless! The entire process was made so easy by the recommendations that were made to me by Ken from staging to contractor recommendations and dealing with regulatory issues. - and also showing great compassion since the house was in our family for 55 years. Whenever any challenge arose (as they always will with selling a home) Ken had it managed within hours. This was so very important to me since I live in TX. Ken helped guide me through inspection negotiations and in the end everything worked out better than I hoped and closing went off without a hitch.
